Nice dragon, reminds me of the dragon on the South end of Merritt Island. what are those antenna like things off its tail, back and nose?

"It has more pointy bits than it did on its first launching in 2004. In the intervening years, Gary Gresko says birds picked off the glass scales so they could perch more comfortably. To preserve the scales & the dragon’s general appearance, he installed more “sharp pointe things"

The kettle pots, make me curious where the original waterfall went. I guess I'll have to investigate the history of the Erie Canal.
